WHIMSICAL, BOTANICAL & LUSH 

At the Zeitz MOCAA Ocular Lounge, we transformed a corporate event with vibrant florals and layered floral installations. Throughout the space, lush blooms and rich textures created an immersive guest experience. As a full-service floral design studio, a|FLORAL curated every detail with intention. As a result, each floral moment brought colour, depth, and a sense of discovery to the event.

TEXTURE

Texture played a defining role in the floral design. Inspired by a maximalist approach, we layered vibrant blooms with rich foliage and cascading greenery. As a result, each installation felt full of movement and depth.

From delicate petals to varied floral forms, every element contributed to the overall look. In addition, the mix of colours and textures created visual interest throughout the venue. This thoughtful layering helped transform the space into a botanical wonderland.

TABLESCAPES

While the floral installations made a bold statement, the tablescapes offered a softer contrast. Inspired by Ikebana, the floral arrangements celebrated balance, shape, and natural beauty.

To complement the florals, intricate candles and carefully selected décor details were introduced. Meanwhile, mixed seating and table settings added character and charm. Together, these elements created a tablescape that felt elegant, inviting, and thoughtfully curated.

WORKING WITH THE VENUE

Set within the Zeitz MOCAA Ocular Lounge, the floral design responded to the venue’s contemporary architecture. Rather than competing with the space, the installations enhanced its character.

Guests were welcomed through a lush floral arch that framed the entrance beautifully. From there, vibrant floral installations guided them through the venue. As guests moved through the space, each floral moment revealed a new layer of colour, texture, and detail.

By embracing the scale and structure of the venue, the florals became part of the overall experience. The result was an immersive corporate event floral design that felt both striking and unforgettable.
